Logo design for one of my clients' 8 year old son who is starting an earth club planting trees and cleaning up his local area of Montrose.

The brief 

“Hi Stephen – I am Sam. I am 8 and in second grade. I am starting an earth club and planting trees. I am going to pick up garbage also. The name of my club is “Montrose Earth Club.” I live in Montrose, which means mountain rose. I want my logo to be a big earth with a mountain and a rose inside the earth.”

I went with something fun, friendly and colorful incorporating his ideas while still giving him a professional logo he can be proud of.
