Irvings Estate Agents Richmond North Yorkshire is an independent family-run residential estate agency which has been established in Richmond since 1988. The company offers a wide range of services including residential sales, lettings, property management and surveys.

Their brief was quite clear that they wanted to make it bright and bold, adhering to their brand colours. I achieved this by making large areas of the board their signature orange and adding houses in for a touch of fun, keeping the overall aesthetic approachable.
