Dreamplay
DreamPlay is a vibrant and welcoming soft play area for children. The brief required a logo that would be instantly recognisable and engaging for both kids and parents. It needed to incorporate bright but gentle colors, a playful and cheerful font, and overall, convey an atmosphere of fun and safety. The design also had to remain simple, avoiding any overly complex or suggestive imagery, ensuring it was child-friendly.
The creative process began by selecting the right typeface—something fun, approachable, and easily readable for both children and adults. I chose a playful, rounded font to enhance the logo’s friendly and welcoming tone. From there, I worked on developing a soft, muted color palette that created a sense of calmness while still being playful. By combining gentle blues, yellows, and pastel accents, I ensured the design maintained a non-threatening and inviting feel.
Finally, I introduced simple, fun elements—clouds, stars, and geometric shapes—to add a touch of imagination and creativity. These playful symbols represent the boundless possibilities children experience in a play environment, further reinforcing DreamPlay's identity as a joyful, safe, and stimulating space for little ones.
