Bellevue is a luxury apartment building project which targets wealthy investors and home buyers, the brief was to create something modern and minimalistic. After numerous sketches, the idea to go forward was an iconic deconstructed B with abstract lines flowing through. The client was instantly drawn to this and no further development was needed.
