Banyan Investments is a firm that specialises in real estate listings, property management, as well as company entity management/business expansion for foreign investors in the Northern Marianas Islands. The client explained in the brief that they wanted something in between modern and luxury. The word 'Banyan' is a type of tree that has roots that allow the branches to spread outwards indefinitely, I wanted to portray this somehow. After time researching I delivered something clean, slightly abstract and recognisable while maintaining the high-end feel. It was first time lucky with this one, and no amends were needed.
