Banyan Investments specialises in real estate listings, property management, and business expansion for foreign investors in the Northern Marianas Islands. The client’s brief called for a design that was modern yet luxurious, balancing elegance with professionalism. Inspired by the banyan tree—a symbol of enduring growth with roots and branches that spread expansively—I wanted the logo to reflect these qualities of strength, connection, and potential.

After thorough research, I developed a design that marries clean lines with subtle abstraction. The symbol evokes the branching structure of the banyan tree, conveying a sense of growth and stability. The minimalist approach ensures the logo remains sleek and instantly recognisable, fitting the high-end market that Banyan Investments caters to.
